Product details

Our Monterey Stripe Polo is named for the Monterey Peninsula, where the mighty Pacific meets the California coast. It’s home to some of the world’s most exclusive golf courses (Cypress Point, Pebble Beach, MPCC), but also accessible public golf gems like Pacific Grove and Poppy Hills.

The horizontal stripes of the Monterey Stripe are inspired by lines of surf breaking on the golden shore, and hint at the classic 90s polo designs introduced to golf by Ashworth, as worn by an amateur sensation Tiger Woods in his pre-Nike era.

This navy and indigo edition of the Monterey is customised with unique Random Golf Club embroidered patches on the chest and hem. Random Golf Club is the creation of our great friend Erik Anders Lang - a golfer, a film-maker, and a passionate believer in the power of golf to bring people together.

Our debut Sounder x Random Golf Club collaboration is made up of limited-edition customisations of favourites from the Sounder collection. We commissioned a series of exclusive embroidered patches based on designs from Erik and his team, which have been added by hand to classic Sounder piece to create a truly unique set of products.
