The polo shirt is a staple item in every golfer’s wardrobe, so it was an obvious place to start when we created the Sounder collection. We wanted to create a a stylish piece that looks good both on and off the course - a world away from the shiny, man-made fibres that you’ll find on the rails of your typical pro shop.
We started off with the material - a classic pique weave made from 100% organic cotton, creating a fabric that’s soft, durable and cooling even in the summer heat. We added an engineered collar and cuffs, with a three-button placket and elasticated jersey hem, creating a flattering shape that looks smart even when worn outside your trousers or shorts (golf club dress code allowing, naturally).
This Black & White Tipped version of the Play Well Polo features and embroidered Sounder Star on the chest, and a rich washed black colour which contrasting white hem on the collar and cuff.
