As a journalist, author and broadcaster, Brian Viner has spent his whole career around the world's biggest sport stars.
A lifelong golfer, he grew up in Southport and studied at St Andrews University, and witnessed some of golf's greatest moments, including Jack Nicklaus's legendary 1986 Masters win.
He's interviewed everyone from Arnold Palmer and Seve to George Foreman, Richie Benaud and John McEnroe, and was the perpertrator of perhaps the best prank in the history of the Open Championship.
